Training for teams
Teamwork is an important component of modern working life. Good cooperation is to the benefit of customers, fellow workers and the company.
The formation of teams and the respective necessary reorganisation of the working processes alone are not enough to raise the desired synergic effect.
Tasks and responsibility need to be shared; numerous single actions and styles of working need to be attuned to one another. A careful development process is required to enable success and here we can be of help.
There are two groups:
1. Team buildung
