... it all began 30 years ago with our enthusiasm for ambitious alpine mountaineering and rock climbing.
20 years ago
We began our work in the areas:
- Coaching practical experience and theory in climbing courses
- Application of safety technology at indoor and outdoor events
- Work on the first ropes courses in Europe
- Building of high ropes courses
15 years ago
The demand for outdoor training courses increased. The application of experiential education at seminars became the focus of our professional career.
We took courses in:
- Management development
- Moderation techniques
- Process support
- Team coaching
Resulting synergies
We were able to unify the values and abilities we gained from these experiences and coach these in our training sessions, events and incentive courses with particular commitment.
Our technical areas also profited from this and developed further. We are continually gathering and evaluating the knowledge gained parallel to our courses in order to optimise our products to your needs and extend our range on offer.

We founded the company Sicherhalt located in Hinterzarten.
